Established in 2007, Y& B Valve Co., Ltd. is a vice-chairman unit of Lishui Chamber of Commerce of Valve and a member unit of China Valve Association. Certified to ISO9001, API6D, API6A, API607, CE, AZ and etc., our company is located in Lishui City, a political, economic and cultural center with a transportation hub in Southwest Zhejiang. With many national and provincial scenic spots such as Nanming Mountain and East-west Rock in it, this city connects Wenzhou City in the southeast, adjoins Ningde City and Nanping City of Fujian Province in the southwest, borders Jinhua City in the north and links Taizhou City in the northeast. The city is also an important connection line in the center of Zhejiang of the main lines of the two national highways Tongjiang-Sanya and Shanghai-Ruili. The factory is close to the exit of Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou Expressway and near to Wenxi Port owning two 500-ton berths, where the freighters can go directly to the major ports in mainland China as well as Hong Kong and Macao.
Our company has always been devoted to research, development, manufacturing and distribution of high quality specialized valves. Our main products include casting and forging gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and automatic regulating type valves, which are all made in accordance with customer requirements and specifications in API, ASME, ASTM, EN, GB and etc. Meanwhile, by continuously absorbing advanced technology from home and abroad and combining production experience accumulated in the past years, we have developed series of characteristic new products. Now there are over 30 models and nearly thousand specifications of products, with the applicable temperature ranging from cryogenic temperature of -196¡ æ to high temperature of 800¡ æ .
Since its establishment, the company has started introducing vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, high-precision automatic welders and CNC machining centers from Taiwan, Korean, Japan and other countries and areas. In addition, our company is equipped with SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer introduced from Germany and FOUNDER-MASTER full spectrum direct reading spectrometer introduced from Germany, special fireproof tester, physical testing, chemical testing and metallographic analyzer, ¦ Ã -ray and x-ray detectors, magnetic particle examination, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, mechanical property tester, chemical analyzer, vacuum tester, three-dimensional tester, helium mass spectrometer leak detector and etc. To meet the demand of development under the new trend, the company is now building the valve low temperature test circuit according to the high performance requirements of nuclear power valves and special valves. Every chain from valve design, raw materials, manufacturing, test to delivery is under strict control.
